Duitsland heeft de Boxer toch niet met 30mm uitgerust? Mij lijkt 35mm voor de hand liggend met de CV90...

Pak dan die welke ook op de PUMA IFV zit, is wel 30 mm. Waarbij NL met zijn CV90 35 mm heeft
Persoonlijk heb ik liever 35 mm op de Boxer.

Lithuania selects ARTEC Boxer

Lithuania has selected the ARTEC Boxer 8x8 for its infantry fighting vehicle (IFV) requirement, it was announced on 11 December.

"The [Lithuanian State Defence Council] unanimously decided to instruct the minister of defence and the chief of staff to initiate negotiations with the German ARTEC consortium for the Boxer IFV acquisition through the international OCCAR organisation," stated Valdemaras Sarapinas, secretary of the council.

Lithuania is to buy 88 Boxers, including 84 in an IFV configuration and four command post variants. Lithuania was assessing bids for both the base vehicle and the turret. While ARTEC had offered its Boxer armed with a manned or unmanned Lance 30 turret, it is understood that Lithuania has decided to use the UT 30 Mk 2 turret offered separately by Elbit Systems.

Ik heb nooit een boxer met UT30 gezien en weet ook niet of die al bestaat maar dat hoge wapensysteem met zichtbare patroonbanden en sensoren op de boxer lijkt me geen potje
Maar ieder zijn mening
En misschien valt het mee als we de eerste exemplaren te zien krijgen

Persoonlijk vind ik de boxer met UT30 er niet uit zien maar dat is natuurlijk van ondergeschikt belang

idd, maar er wordt expliciet over de toevoeging van Spike raketten gesproken, dus lijkt me de Samson voor de hand liggen.

Zou voor de hand liggen, omdat beide van Rafael zijn. Echter kan de Elbit Systems UT30 ook van diverse ATGM worden voorzien.

We wachten wel het officiële bericht met alle uiteindelijke specificaties af.

Echter is de Samson MkII 30 mm van Rafael en er wordt gesproken over een toren van Elbit Systems. Zij hebben de UT30.
